Physical

Address chronic and acute pain through acupuncture sessions. Learn to move gracefully, with less effort and with a powerful foundation. Learn tried and tested exercises routines taken from a variety from of disciples including qigong, tai chi, martial arts foundation exercises and yoga warm-up and stretching through to strength, coordination, endurance and yoga.

Mental

Releasing physical tension, stress, pain and movement restriction is equally about the mind. Learn about body-awareness and mindful movement through movement challenges. Traditional disciplines are not about checking off exercise from your list whilst you check-out. Even the most basic stretch can be performed mindlessly or with intention and focus.

Dedication

Making changes to your physical and mental wiring takes commitment and consistency. Therapies such as acupuncture are highly effective to help shift things, get past a pain hump, speed recovery from injuries or relieve muscle soreness and strain. However, to truly learn to be physically free takes consistent, mindful practice uniting mind and body, movement and breath. This is not a quick-fix method. Few, if any, worthwhile things in life are.
